1. Membership & Bookings

Collective Coworks provides various workspace solutions, including Day Passes, Monthly Subscriptions, Dedicated Desks, Private Cabins, and Meeting Rooms. The availability and use of these spaces are governed by the following rules:

• Access Passes: Day passes and subscriptions are non-transferable and must be used by the designated individual.
• Cancellations: Meeting room and event space bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• Payment: Recurring subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Failure to pay within 5 days of the due date may result in suspension of membership and space access.

2. Code of Conduct & Space Usage

We strive to maintain a productive, professional, and friendly environment for all members. You agree to adhere to our house rules:

• Professionalism: Respect fellow members and maintain a professional demeanor. Disruptive, illegal, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated.
• Amenities: Access to shared amenities (such as high-speed Wi-Fi, cafeteria, cleaning services, and community areas) is included in your membership, subject to fair usage.
• Guests: Subscribing members may invite guests for brief meetings, provided they register at the front desk. Guests must be accompanied by the hosting member at all times.
• Noise Levels: Keep noise to a minimum in shared workspace areas. Use designated phone booths or private meeting rooms for longer calls and video conferences.

3. Security & Access Control

Your safety and the security of our workspace are paramount:

Access keycards or digital credentials are issued for individual use only. You must not share your keycard or access credentials, nor allow unregistered individuals to tail gate you into the premises. Common areas are monitored via CCTV 24/7 for safety purposes.

4. Liability & Insurance

Important limitations of our liability:

• Personal Property: Collective Coworks is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the workspace. We recommend that members secure appropriate insurance for their equipment.
• Service Interruptions: While we aim to provide uninterrupted services (such as high-speed internet, power backup, and air conditioning), we are not liable for temporary service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

5. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our spaces and website immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms & Conditions or fail to pay membership fees when due.
